Problem: New messages do not appear in Inbox

Suddenly new messages do not come to Inbox. I did not change anything. The message comes to server and is stored (logs say so). Also the sent messages appear in Sent folder. But new messages do not appear in inbox neither in client nor zimbra's webmail.

Have you checked if the mails are in the mail queue?
What is the status of the mails in the /var/log/zimbra.log? It should be =sent.
