Default Zimbra fails startup, but is actually running.

I have a fresh install of 6.0.14_GA on a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.0.4 LTS and with zmcontrol start i get this:

Starting Zimbra...
Host mail.xxxxxx.com
Starting ldap...Done.
Starting zmconfigd...Done.
Starting logger...Done.
Starting mailbox...Done.
Starting antispam...Done.
Starting antivirus...Failed.
Starting amavisd...amavisd is already running.
Starting freshclam...done.
Starting clamd...failed.

Starting snmp...Done.
Starting spell...Done.
Starting mta...Done.
Starting stats...Done.

zmcontrol status reports all running.

Any Ideas?

I also have an identical setup on some different hardware that starts ok...

failing hardware is 1.2Ghz, 512MB, 160HDD
working hardware 1.6Ghz, 1GB, 80HDD

Thx in advance.

Check your /var/log/zimbra.log to see whats going on for a startup sequence, did you have any errors in the install?

Did it start okay after it installed? Did you do a hard shutdown after installing where it couldn't shutdown gracefully?

RAM could be a factor as well in this as Zimbra can use quite a bit of RAM.
