Default Account Migration: Import Accounts: LDAP search base

Hi, I need to migrate accounts and mail from Zimbra 7.1.x on RedHat EL 4 64-bit to Zimbra 7.1.x on RedHat EL 5 64-bit.

I was able to retrieve the LDAP "Bind password" from the old server...
Code:
zmlocalconfig -s zimbra_ldap_password
...but I'm not sure what I should enter for the "LDAP search base" so as to copy everything. I tried (zimbraMailAddress=*) but I get an error...
Code:
Message: mail.osubookstore.com Error code: bulkprovision.BP_NAMING_EXCEPTION Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Sender
I have tried both an SSL and non-SSL connection.

Please advise. thanks.

By the way, I cannot simply copy the /opt/zimbra/ folder to the new server because it has a different hostname and ssl certificate, and upgrading from RedHat 4 to RedHat 5.

I also really want to know what the LDAP Search base needs to be as I have tried using this before and gave up at this spot, I'd also like to know if it's possible to keep the same user passwords with the migration wizard....

Migrating Accounts

The Account Migration tool opens the Provisioning tasks tab with the link to the Migration Wizard. The wizard guides you through importing data from another server. Users' email messages, calendars, contacts, and task lists from an existing Microsoft Exchange server can be moved to ZCS. When user files are migrated, the folder hierarchy is maintained.

PROCEDURE TO BE DEVELOPED
That's the help file >_>

I got it to work thanks to some info from support. The LDAP search base is used to match the accounts to import:

dc=blahblahblah,dc=com

Where the accounts that you want to import are user@blahblahblah.com

That will do the bulk provisioning but not import the mail. For that, use imapsync.

Imapsync: an IMAP migration tool ( release 1.484 )

And now to try to get imapsync installed and working. Ugh.
