Default Daily Maill Report Empty after upgrade to 7.1.4

Hello,

I went from ZCS 7.1.2 to 7.1.4, but after my upgrade, all my daily mail reports are empty

Checked the log, all seems to work well, logrotate do its job, so I don't know what could be the problem. Any idea ?

Running 7.1.4 on Ubuntu Server 10.04.3 64Bits.

DO tell us what you've tried otherwise we'll be going over the same ground that's already been covered in those threads.

Ok, sorry.

- /tmp/logprocess.out is empty. Nothing in it. So I don't know/think if my DB is corrupted. I only receiving message from mysql.slow, and as I read it's not important. I ignore it.

- /opt/zimbra/libexec/pflogsumm.pl -d yesterday /var/log/mail.log show me mail reports with some data. But I think some data are missing, as I have a low "per user send mails", while in global stats I have a lot more. (For example, it says my server sent 3400 mails yesterday, while my biggest send user has only send 6 mails (Impossible, I know there are a lot more).

Edit : It show me a lot of entries like this :

0102B5EDCCD cirana@domain.com
018565EE191 adrte@domain.com
- /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport show me nothing (Only 0 everywhere).

- zmcontrol status and zmstatctl status show me everything is running fine.

Under the Admin interface, I have red crosses for all services

I don't know what could be more useful ?

Why do you think the DB might be corrupted? Have you read the wiki article (and forum threads) on how to check the DB?

Where did you read that and what is the message?

Not a good idea if the DB is corrupt.

Are all the services actually running? Check it with zmcontrol. Have you also checked some of the forum threads that cover this topic?
