Default Moving to New Server at the same Time as Upgrade from 6.1.x to 7.1.x

I will be moving our physical Zimbra network edition installation ( 6.0.5) to new hardware and at the same time upgrading to the latest version of Zimbra. I am thinking the best way to approach this is to install the same version of Zimbra on new server, follow the wiki of moving ZCS Network Edition to New Server, then upgrading to 7.1.x on the new server. Looking for suggestions if this is not the best approach. Much appreciated any insight if someone else has done this.

This subject has been covered numerous times in these forums. Go to the wiki and read the Certified document on moving Zimbra from a 32bit to 64bit system (you don't mention if you're currently 64bit) and follow those instructions, if that's not your scenario then follow one of the other guides or forum articles available.
