Default Rights and ACL tabs are not displayed

Release 7.1.4_GA_2555.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 NETWORK edition

I have installed a trial version of Zimbra Network Edition, and I'm trying to set up Delegated Administration following official documentation. (http://www.zimbra.com/docs/ne/latest...tml/wwhelp.htm Chapter 9).

However the documentation refers to two tabs that should be present in the configuration section of Admin Console, called Rights and ACL, but when I login as Admin they aren't displayed.

Do you know how can I activate/display them?
I'm fairly new at Zimbra, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question.

Any help is much appreciated.

Default Clarification

Attachment on the left is taken from my admin console, attachment on the right is taken from official documentation

What Admin Extensions do you have listed in the Admin UI? There are details in the forums on what you should have for NE, if there's any missing then redeploy them.
