Default copy sent email

I have an admin account which several people have access to and want so forward any email sent from that account to each person who has access to it.

I hoped this command would do the trick but its not forwarding

zmprov ma admin@company.com +zimbraPrefBccAddress mail2@company.com

sent a test mail and traced it through /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log where it goes to the intended but no sign of any forward

should I restart zimbra? Don't really want to but can if that is the answer.

This shows its set for the admin account.

zimbra@mailserver:~$ zmprov ga admin | grep zimbraPrefBccAddress
zimbraPrefBccAddress: mail2@company.com

always_bcc = address@domain.com
Deliver a copy of all mail to the specified address.

Add this in main.cf file for postfix

/opt/zimbra/postfix-x.y.z/conf/main.cf

Once done please restart the zimbra server..zmcontrol restart.

Why not share the Mailbox with those users?
