Default Blacklisted server

Hi All,
I have set up of Exchange'2003 as primary and ZMB as secondary for new users.

Setting up SMTP and recipient connector as per MS guideline [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321721] in Exchange and Zimbra, unsolicitated mails [spam] getting generated by spammers and my account is getting black listed..

Kindly suggest...

It won't be your 'account' that's getting blacklisted it will be your server IP, there's no valid reason why your configuration should be blacklisted unless you are sending tons of spam. I'd suggest you check your LAN for infected machines, check the RBLs for the exact reason you're blacklisted or see if you have a compromised account on one of your servers (search the forums for further details).

I'll also move your post to a new thread as it has nothing to do with the subject of the thread in which you posted.
