Delete account used for archive and discovery

I have a couple archive accounts I want to delete. Both the primary account and archive account are status: "closed", the mail for both has been backed up elsewhere. The error message I get when trying to delete the "archive" account from the admin console is:

Warning!: One or more of the selected accounts are special system resources. Deleting these accounts may cause unexpected errors.

Should I be concerned about this? Just wondering what the "unexpected errors" is.
