admin view mail after upgrade

Hello,

I just upgrade my zimbra 6.0.8 to 7.1.4

Yet, when I go to the users and will view the mailbox, I come to the login page and wait for user/pass.
It worked fine in 6.0.8, nothing has changed in dns and hostname.

Could anyone help me ?

Very easy. Just use the same name as the external host.
