LDAP external auth with ca cert and client cert

Hi

I have en external LDAP server set up with CA and client cert for auth.
And i'm trying to get my zimbra mail server to auth the users against it.

Before the serve was set up with out the certs and then everthing worked.
So there is someting wring with my certs.

First is it possile at all to auth users against an ldap server with ca.crt and clinet cert ?

It you can how do i install the cert to the keystore properly.
And does the hostname in the cert match the ldap hostname ?
