Questions about briefcase

We are wondering a few things about Zimbra Briefcase and want to know if anyone has been able to do the following:

Add users based on their distrobution group? When we try the email goes out to the group members but they get a denied error when trying to add the briefcase share.

Add all members of the company to a briefcase share? we know we can add people one at a time but again, like above, we want to add everyone at once.
