Was there any resolution to this problem? I am starting to have problems with my Zimbra installation and I am seeing a lot of these WARN's in my mailbox.log.

I've upgraded to 7.1.4 and I am still seeing a lot of these warnings in my mailbox.log:

Is there a way for me to tell exactly what is causing this warning to occur?

Looks like there're two issues here.

The FATAL OOME error could be bug 65408, which is fixed in 7.1.4. I'd assume that you're no longer seeing it after the upgrade.

The "unable to create rest url for remote mountpoint" warning should be harmless. It's just indicating that the user has a stale mount point (for example, the grantor deleted the folder after the grantee mounted it).

You can try running the following command to find out which folder it is and ask the user to unmount it:

    zmmailbox -z -m <user> gaf | grep <folder_id>

    e.g. zmmailbox -z -m bryanp@eomega.org gaf | grep 3264
