Question Zimbra Admin: Software Updates - Error (7.1.4)

Zimbra Admin: Software Updates - Error (7.1.4)

On clicking "check now" for software updates, I get an error that says

System error oncountered
Message: system failure: java.lang.NullPointerException Error code: service. FAILURE Details: soap:Receiver.


What does this mean and what do I need to do?

It means you can't automatically check for updates. Search the forums (or bugzilla) when you have a problem or question, this has been asked recently. When you find the post(s) vote on the bug report.

I have this problem too. After update form 7.1.3 patch2 to 7.1.4 Anyone knows the solution?
