AD password change alternatives?

Has anyone come up with a web based AD password change solution that works with Zimbra? Or maybe a listener to use that works? I realize that the Zimbra password change doesn't work, but need to come up with alternatives. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have written a php page to do password changes to AD if anyone knows how to do the zimlet I am happy to post the code.

Thanks - I have since discovered Password Manager from Netwrix and it is working nicely. We're using the limited free version (up to 50 users) in hopes that VMWare will get this capability running in Zimbra before we need to go past 50 users.

You can use the IISADMPWD to change the password using AD.
