Default system failure: Folder sync failed with Zimbra accounts

Hello all,

I'm using ZCS Open Source Edition 7.1.4 (zcs-7.1.4_GA_2555.DEBIAN5_64).

I allow an user to have an external account (IMAP). This account is another account on the same Zimbra server.

All was fine, but since few days, the user have this message when he loggin :

Quote:
system failure: Folder sync failed, system failure: Synchronization of folder '/xxx/Junk' failed, system failure: Server returned no response for UID FETCH 24428 BODY.PEEK[]
The message concern the external account. No trace of this message 24428 via zmmailbox. No trace of this message in MySQL database, seems it never exists ... :'(

How can i find this message, delete it or fix this error ?

Many thanks in advance.

Why does the user have an external account when you could actually share the specific folders with them?

Hi phoenix and thanks for your response.

With this method, user can see all folders of an user (include sent, etc.).

Is it possible to share all an account (mails only, no contacts etc.) instead share each folders ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for your response. In the Wiki link, i've found exactly what i want : Family Mailboxes. Share contacts, calendar & settings is good too.

Tested and approved .

Thanks again !
