Default Zimbra OCS Multi Server across different VM's?

Right now we have 1 server running on a VM with a extra 75gig mounted on one of the datastores for message storage.

We are interested in creating a 2nd Zimbra server in another state also on a VM. Is there a way to mount the /media/storage 75gig message storage in the 2nd server so that we have 1 unified location for all email in the company?

Each server is expected to have its own volume for email. You can set it up I'm a multi server environment so it's all controlled within one Zimbra infrastructure, but they will each need to have their own file systems on their own respective
servers. If you are using a SAN or something, you can obviously carve out space
from the same disk pool or aggregate (terminology varies depending on SAN solution).

Thank you, I have a follow up.

So right now we are working under 1 domain right now. So you are saying that if we put the 2nd Zimbra OCS server down in another state using the same domain and using its own message volume, that will work? Would the message and index database synch up? If you know of a wiki that would answer these questions please feel free to point me over. Thank you

Are you talking about a multi-server installation as described in the documentation or multiple (complete) ZCS servers?

I would think multi-server is what I'm looking into.
1 domain with 2 (or more later) Zimbra servers across different states.
