HI, is there any Script like we have to create an option to user in Zimbra Web Interface, where user can self archive their Mails without Administrator Help.

Every user has the opportunity to export their email via their Preferences tab in the Web UI, doesn't that do what you need? If you gave a more detailed explanation of what you're trying to do people might be able to give you further advice.
