Zimbra License Expired

My company's zimbra network server regular license has closely to expire.

Right this moment, the reseller sent me the trial extended license key.

Unfortunately, my existing license is a regular license so that unable to upload and activate the trail extended license.

Please help.

There's nothing we can do via these forums, you need to get in touch with your Reseller to get this matter resolved.

you server should be able to connect internet to activate lic.

He's received the wrong type of licence, it's nothing to do with activation.
