Mail Not Receiving from Pariculer Domain.

Dear All,

My Zimbra Setup is
OS : Ubuntu 8.04 lts 32bit.
Zimbra : Open Source 6.0.9

I am receiving mails from all domains like Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff,

but there is on more particular domain. I am not reciveing mails from this domain.

Is there problem with MTA?
There is no log regarding this domain in "zimbra.log" file.
Mails are not in queue also.


Please Help ....

If you have no record of the email in your log files nor any attempt to connect to your server from the foreign (sending) mail server then you'll have to ask the admin of that server what they see in their log files.

Dear phoenix,

The Problem has been solved.

It was very small thing.
There was no problem with Zimbra. The opposition domain user were not typing our domain name (E-Mail ID) correctly.
I really can't believe such small things or wrong information by user creates big issue.....Learned one more point...
