Deleting Duplicate Emails

We had converted from Exchange back in March or so. I had just realized though that my emails are duplicated prior to 12/2005. Does anyone know of a way to tag the 2nd duplicate occurances to be deleted?

Maybe some tools that plugin to Thunderbird or Outlook. Then let those clients sync the deletes back to Zimbra.
