How to get rid of an old user

We had a user with mailbox of bridget@faithsbc.org and the username office at the same domain was an alias. Her name obviously was stamped on each one. I have since changed things around. The office @ is now the actual account but the oldusers name is now an alias. The problem is all outgoing messages are still stamped with older user name instead of office. I've cleaned out the GAL and all of the zimbra based address books to no avail. How do i get the old users stamp off that account?

I'm at a loss...anyone have any ideas? Does anyone need more information on this?

zmprov gid office@faithsbc.org gives me this line:
zimbraPrefFromDisplay: Bridget Hutchins

now to figure out how to change that..as the webadmin is NOT changing this like it should.
