Mulitple Users on a single email account

I want to set up a single email account allowing multiple users to access it. I will need to be able to indicate who has read each message in the account.

The question I need answered is this: Can the Zimbra interface mark messages as read and indicate who has read them? If yes, how do I set this up?

The answer to your specific question is no, there's no way to tell who read a message.
