Fetch user information from Zimbra access.log

Hello All,

I am writing a script to fetch protocol related information from Zimbra access.log file.
Also i require the user account information for the particular protocol request from the Zimbra access.log.
In the zimbra access.log file, date time and IP address information is only available.
So please tell me how to fetch the user account information for the particular protocol (soap, imap, pop, etc.) request from Zimbra access.log file.
