Default Zimbra fails to give http response when active sessions go beyond 1K

Hi,

We have around 5000 users in our ZCS-7.1.3 server, installed on RHEL 5.5. Sometimes the concurrency of users hits more than thousand, the server is not giving any http response , when a user trying to hit it's url. After a restart of the application , it works for 2-3 days with out any issue(even the active sessions go beyond 1000).

can anyone help on this .

Zimbra Version: Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL5_64_20110928134520 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition, Patch 7.1.3_P1.

If you have any query , please paste it in this thread.

Regards

Riyas

Apart from stating the number of users on your system you haven't really given much information about your ZCS set-up. I'd suggest you start by reading the "Performance Tuning" article in the wiki (link at the top of this page) and some of the forums threads on the same subject and see how they apply to your system.
