Zimbra Spam Managing

Good Day All,

I'm new to Zimbra, and has been benefiting alot from Zimbra forums for customization on my Zimbra server. However i'm having one problem where i cant seem to find a solution. Hope someone could really assist me on this.

Request : I need to mark a particular sender (e.g: user@abc.com.my) as spam in my server. So whenever this sender send a mail to our organization, we would like to receive the mail, but as spam.

If i totally blacklist him, i wont be able to receive the mail. I need to receive the mail but as spam. Can this be done? I know it can be done on user part, but how on server side? so by default each time he sends a mail, it'll be mark as spam.
