Default recovering zimbra database

I'm using Release 7.1.1_GA_3196.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition.

I'm trying to troubleshoot a mysql I/O error upon startup. I'm following the crash recovery procedure outlined here: Mysql Crash Recovery - Zimbra :: Wiki

I have been able to start the mysql.server using innodb_force_recovery = 6 (the others would not work)

all of the databases dump without error except 'zimbra' which throws the following error:
Quote:
mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'show table status like 'mailbox'': Lost connection to MySQL server during query (2013)
It does, however, generate a dump but no reference of any 'mailbox' table which I'm thinking is probably quite important.

Any ideas on how to proceed?
