Default Error when sending message from remote server

I have just "flipped the switch" for ZCS this weekend. I'm receiving messages fine and I can send them from within the mail client. However, previously I had all messages forwarding to my gmail account to use as an archival system (will be changing to Enkive in the future but for know I want to setup the same). I also have/had GMail setup to use my current server as the SMTP server to send from so it looked like any messages that I send from within GMail are from my server.

So I have 2 questions:

1. How do I setup a forwarder? I want to automatically forward ALL messages received to GMAIL?

2. I sent a message from GMail and it bounced back with the following message: 500 Remote server does not support SMTP Authenticated Relay

How can I fix #2?

Use an external account in ZCS to collect the mail?

Use port 587 as the Submission port that requires authentication and is the correct port to use.

Thank you, this fixed the problem and all is working correctly now.

HOWEVER: I'm not following you exactly on the other issue (external account). Are you referring to setting up an external account within ZCS? I don't see where/how to do that. Or, are you referring to setting up an external account within GMail to "pull" the messages from ZCS?

I do not want the latter. I want to forward/send the messages into the GMail system rather than pulling the messages from the inbox.
