We are planning to migrate from postfix-MySql_virtual-user setup to Zimbra. We have over 6000+ users with many departments.

Is there a solution for our users' "self service password recovery" requirement ?

There is no such feature in Zimbra at this time, there is an RFE in bugzilla that you can vote for.
