Default change Domain

i am using zcs open server 7.1.2 and its working ok and 300 user's online . its live mail srver .but i want to change DOMAIN NAME azad.com to azad.in with contacts and group list so plz suggest me what i do?

You could try searching the forums/wiki and/or reading the Product Documentation on how to use zmprov to rename the domain - there are several threads on the subject and a wiki article.

zmprov -l rd domain.com newdomain.com
zmcontrol restart

Hi,
i have successfully change the domain . but when i have restrat the zmcontrol services then get the error message
[zimbra@mail root]$ zmcontrol restart
Host azad.in

daemon: getaddrinfo() failed: Name or service not known


Suggest me ............

Did you change the hostname and other parameters? Or have done the respective changes in DNS?

[root@mail ~]# cat /etc/sysconfig/network

NETWORKING_IPV6=yes
HOSTNAME=mail.azad.in
[root@mail ~]#

130.130.3.100 azad.in mail.azad.in mail

The format of that line is incorrect, the original host file as posted above is correct.

Go to the Split DNS article and run all the commands in the 'Verify...' section and post the output here. You also need to look in the log files to see what the exact error is when you start Zimbra.
