Default License file changes - compatibility with version 5?

We are still running version 5 in production. 10K students, 2K fac/staff, 2K archiving.

We are trying to renew and having problems with the new type of license file they send.

Previous license files would include the total count, as archiving would use a license (it's a separate mailbox).

However, not sure how this works in version 6 or 7. The new file we got only shows a total for students and fac/staff, and it has a separate entry for archiving. And I don't think that our version knows how to handle this.

Can someone verify if the new license format 'works' as intended on version 5?

TIA.

You need to contact Zimbra support or your Sales contact to get an answer to your question.

Are you saying you've had no response from sales or support for this question?

Correct. Took me 6 weeks to get a renewal license and still not sure if I enable any accounts for archiving if they take a seat. We haven't enabled any yet...
