Default problem with a user account

few month ago a user account started with alot of activity at the mail server, every day we have to go to queue-active option and delete the mails from this user because if not the server will fail. the scenario is as follos:

the user has his account at zimbra mail server, every email is been fwd to another account (different domain, personal account of the user). few month ago we detected that every day this user has at least 90 mails in the queue list permanently, we delete the account without any success, we rename the account and the problem persisted, below you can find the log file showing this activity,

the question is what is the problem? and most important if someone could help me to solve it. thank you in advance for you support

br
Mario

you should tell MTA to deliver the mails to some mailbox server.

Hi Sjangra,

what we want to do is delete this relay settings,

but in the forwarding tab of the users mail box the following messagge is shown:

"An invalid hidden forwarding address can be revealed by the bounced message"

where can i delete this forwarding settings (asume has to be by command)?
because we have changed the users account in domain1 and doesnt matter because automatically it will try to fwd the mails to the users personal accout (domain2), we do not know why the server is doing it?

thank you for your support
Mario
