Some email filter rules are readonly.

Hello Everybody,

I've created some email filter rules for some mailbox from CLI using zmmailbox command. But those filters are shown as readonly in the web UI. And even those filters are not available to add from the web UI. Such filter actions are as follows.

• reply "body-template"
• notify "address" "subject-template" "body-template" ["max-body-size(bytes)"]
• stop

Is there anyway to make them available to add from web UI or any way to make them read/write rather than readonly?
