zimbra admin console not working

my zimbra admin console page is not working and still is loading and didn't show any error messages(like server error,connection failure,etc)

u can check status zimbra first

#su - zimbra
$zmcontrol status

when i checking my status its shows like,
[zimbra@server root]$ zmcontrol status
Host server.rajasekar.com
antispam Running
antivirus Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Stopped

And frequently logger service is stopped and if i run this command it will started

/opt/zimbra/bin/./zmlogswatchctl start
