Did you look at the output from the dig command and compare it to the output you should expect (as described in the Split DNS article)? You've got the wrong IP address in you DNS configuration.

BTW, it's also not good practice to use upper case letters for server names in your DNS config - I'd suggest you change all those to lower case.

Where is there a capital letter? I checked over it twice nothing is in capital.. where is there incorrect IP?

I've no idea, this is located on your LAN and should be the LAN ip of the server. All this is explained in the Split DNS article.

Then why post that information here without any explanation of what it is? It's irrelevant to this discussion.

Try this problem in your DNS:

Code:
mail.amsi2.com.         38400   IN      MX      10 mail.amsi2.com.mail.amsi2.com
That MX record has no corresponding A record because (I guess) it's an invalid domain name.
