Red face We don't recieve any messages

Hi,
We've just installed Zimbra Appliance Edition, and we can access to web client to manage it. We'll migrate exchange.
But, Before migrating to Exchange, we want to send and receive emails in Zimbra environment as well, (clean environment), but we can't.

I don't know if we have to do any special configuration.
But we can't recieve any message in our mailboxes.

Actions Taken:

• DNS is configured correctly, It resolves our domain
• It recognizes AD users, but it doesn't let us download their mailboxes.
• It doesn't receive emails created with zimbra users, but it says email was sent successfully
• MX records have been already checked
• No problems with external IP's and FireWall.

Let's do some investigation :

1. Please paste the result of the following command :
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol status
2. Please paste the result for all command on this link : Split DNS - Zimbra :: Wiki

3. Try to send an email and look at your /var/log/zimbra.log, paste a relevant logs regarding mail transport problem.

Default Oops

Hi! I have tested all commands, but I'm quite new on Linux, so I don't know how to copy the results from console.

if your server has no GUI, the easiest way is using putty from your Windows system and then remote your server by using Putty. Block your selected text, press CTRL+C and paste it to a text editor (Notepad, Wordpad)
