Thumbs down Purcahsed Zimbra License 4 Days Ago .. where is it?

We purchased a license from the Zimbra website on Dec 29th, 2011 and have not received our license. The card used to make the purchase was charged right away, and we received an email receipt confirming the purchase from billing@.

Emails were sent to support and the only response we have had thus far was on Dec 30th, 2011:

There's no need to post your thread with capitals, we can read English in these forums and SHOUTING is not acceptable here.

Have you checked to see if the email is in your spam folder (it sometimes happens)? Have you also looked on the Support Portal (do you have an account) for your licence details?

Our mail server logs do not show any emails from @zimbra, aside from the email from billing@ with our receipt, the initial response from the support technician, and the expiration notification email sent from sales@ for our trial. We do not have access to the support portal and no one has answered the 800# during any of our phone call attempts.

Considering that we have 1) taken the time to evaluate ZCS (spending many man hours in the process) 2) purchased a license of which we have not received and 3) have not had any further responses from support - I'm sure everyone will agree that we are acting pretty civil in this situation, even though we should be shouting a lot more through our blog and social media channels as well as this forum. If the CAPS in the title bother you, so be it -- you aren't the one who paid for a license of which you have not received.
