the email cant be redacted

Hi.

My latest zimbra installation is presenting a little issue with some users in the web client interface.

If they use the advanced version (ajax) the mail cant be redacted. The user cant wrote in the message content space. We try configuring the account redact the messages on html or plain text format, and the problem continue; But if the user access using the standard version (html), the message can be redacted without problem.

that only happen with some aleatory accounts. How can i search any clue to detect were can be the problem?

Try the simple solution :

1. Rename the suspected account and try to login with Ajax interface, Had the same problem will happen again?

2. Check your Class of Service, Does the problematic account using the same CoS setting?
