Restrict External mail

How to restrict some user to send mail to external mail id’s (gmail, yahoo, etc) ..
I have two groups in my organization EXTERNAL and INTERNAL, I have to restrict the internal users to sending and receiving mails through internet only they have to access internal mails, but external they have to send and receive all mails through internet and intranet, both the groups should be in the same domain.
Please suggest me any option in Zimbra or Shell script for the Requirement.

HI ,, I have Tried
Restrict users to certain domain - Zimbra :: Wiki
Restrict sending to certain domains - Zimbra :: Wiki

but my problem,, if i mention user names in
vi /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/restricted_senders file its working ,, but how to Restrict Groups ,, which file i have to edit .. any body help me ,, thanks in advance
