Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam will not start

Hi

When I try to start the services . I get this error in the log file. i m using zcs7.0.1

[zimbra@mail bin]$ zmcontrol status
Host mail.domain.in
antispam Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
antivirus Stopped
zmamavisdctl is not running
imapproxy Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
memcached Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running
zmconfigd Running

tail -f /var/log/zimbra.log |grep error

Dec 29 12:43:35 localhost.localdomain zmconfigd CRITICAL [21535-MainThread-3] Exception in bin/zmloggerctl: (Cannot run program "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmloggerctl" (in directory "/root"): java.io.IOException: error=13, Permission denied)

You can start by updating your forum profile with the output of the following command:

zmcontrol -v

The first thing you need to do is stop and disable the imapproxy & memcached services, they are not neceassry on a single server installation and may cause problems. Search the forums for details on how to do that and you'll also need to reset the ports (also, details in the forums).
