Installing proxy, the 2nd mail server

We are running ZCS Network Edition 6.0.14 on Ubuntu 8.04, w/archiving on another server. I want to add a second mailbox server with http/s proxy running on the first. I have a couple questions to start.
mail server #1 :
zimbra@,mail server:~$ zmcontrol status
Host <mail server>
antispam Running
antivirus Running
archiving Running
convertd Running
imapproxy Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Running
memcached Running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running

When I query the system: dpkg -l zimbra-proxy
...
ii zimbra-proxy 6.0.14_GA_2928 Best email money can buy

When query Zimbra
zmprov gs mail server |egrep -i 'zimbraServiceEnabled|zimbraServiceInstalled'
shows (and other services)
...
zimbraServiceEnabled: imapproxy
zimbraServiceInstalled: imapproxy
..

From this I gather, zimbra-proxy installed, to enable https/http I just run:
libexec/zmproxyconfig -e -w -H <mail server>; zmcontrol restart (restart required?)

Correct?

Install just these packages:
zimbra-core
zimbra-snmp
zimbra-store
zimbra-apache
zimbra-spell
zimbra-convertd
zimbra-memcached
zimbra-archiving ??

Archiving required on second mailbox server or not? I'm not installing second MTA.
