Default PST Import to Zimbra Desktop local folder

Hi All,

Previously, all users in my company are using thunderbird and outlook. Since we have now switched to Zimbra, I would like to ask something that missing with the PST import tool.

Our Zimbra mailbox size is limited to all users which is only 3GB, thus, this come with a problem when users who are using outlook trying to use the import tool to migrate their emails where the size is greater than 3GB. I would like to know is there any improvement/enhancement of the import tool or something else can be use to import the pst into Zimbra Desktop local folder.

Very much appreciated for any comment and idea.

Note: increasing the mailbox size for all users seem to be one of the solution but we have more than 100 users, i don't think the server had enough space for this. And import to local folder is better/ faster instead of import them into online mailbox which is very time consuming and bandwidth concerns.
Our server is at Singapore, users are at Malaysia, UK, Canada

Best Regards,
Chin, from Malaysia

Are you referring to the actual size of the PST file or storage allocation?

Hi pcunite,

those files size that i have mentioned was referring to pst size. But still convert and import into online storage is not an idea, because its really time consuming for this task.
