How to restrist user on zimbra to send e-mails only to a group o persons!

Please could anyone tell me, if it is possible to restricts user from sending e-mails only to a predefined list of users and prohibit sending to others?!

Second, please could anyone tell me how to reset the password for admin for zimbra web interface?!

Go to the wiki (link at the top of this page) and search for the word 'restrict' (you could also search the forums).

That's also in the wiki or you can do it via the web interface for the Admin account.
