Enclosed is the deferred page which is the date is not updated and the message also cannot be show up.

May I know how to solve this?

Not really, your description doesn't tell us much. Which version of Zimbra? New install or an upgrade? Has it just stopped working or what? What errors do you see in the log files? Are you able to send and receive mail correctly?

Hi, it is Release 7.1.2_GA_3268.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition.

It is Upgraded. But we have run it more than 1 month with no any error.

May I know how to check the error from log file?

So sorry, I am very new in linux.
