Default Can I delay message for certain users or one user?

Hi Folks,

Just wondering that if I can somehow keep the certain users' mail in queue rather than delivering quickly?
Due to the compliance issue, I have been asked to stop emails from certain users flowing outside of the system without letting them know before the investigation is over. So. I am looking for a way by which those users would feel that mail has been sent however I can keep those emails in queue and not to send out for certain days. May be not in zimbra but wondering if postfix can do the trick or is there any other way without suspending the account.

There isn't a built in way, but you can adjust Postfix to put all messages on HOLD from that user, so as soon as they go into queue they will just sit there. It's a little bit of manual configuration that will probably get overwritten when/if you upgrade, but it's an option.

I guess with ACCESS policies it can be done but not sure how to use access policies in main.cf. Any clue?

It has to be something like

blason@example.com HOLD OR

blason@example.com REDIRECT investigate@example.com

But I am not sure how do I specify access map policy in main.cf? Like this?

smtpd_client_restrictions = check_client_access hash:/etc/postfix/access

this thing doesnt work not sure why, I just changed the access_maps using zmlocalconfig and added this
smtpd_client_restrictions = check_client_access hash:/opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/access, reject_unauth_pipelining, permit

My access file says
user1@example.com REDIRECT user2@example.com
user4@example.com HOLD

Can someone help me here?

Gossh..I am stuck up. Does any one aware how to configure postfix ACCESS (5) with Zimbra. I tried everything but doesn't appear to be working. Messages are directly being delivered rather than putting up in a HOLD queue.
