Default Credentials Prompt Opening Attachments

Hi All,

When users try to open an attachment it pops up a credentials box asking for username and password. If they supply it, it works. If they cancel on the dialog box, it ALSO works...

Only seems to happen when they click the document name in the attachment field and try to open it that way. If they download it to the local machine first, they don't get the prompt.

I am having a hard time figuring out what is generating the credentials box -- since Zimbra is authenticating to AD through ldap, and our Web Proxy is as well -- I don't know which of the two is doing it. Although I also dont know why it would be trying to go out the proxy to download an attachment from our Zimbra server on our own network.

Has anyone seen this? Any fix? Thanks!
