dumpster folder feature imap problem

Hi, We use this version:
Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition.

My problem is if I delete the mail and empty the trash, the dumpster folder feature is working correctly but if I empty the trash in thunderbird (imap/smtp) I can't see the mail in the web mail client in dumpster folder (trash > right click > recover deleted item).

What is wrong or why isn't it working?

Nothing is wrong, the Dumpster feature is (AFAIK) is only for the Web UI.

Too bad it's not implemented the way I was hoping for, thanks for the quick answer anyway.
