tomcat certificate question

Hey Everyone,

I'm having an issue where when my zmlogprocess runs I get:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Can't open file: 'disk_aggregate.MYI' (errno: 145) at ./zmlogprocess line 992.
Error executing select period_start from disk_aggregate where period='hour' order by period_start desc limit 1 with
Can't open file: 'disk_aggregate.MYI' (errno: 145)
Can't open file: 'disk_aggregate.MYI' (errno: 145) at ./zmlogprocess line 993.

I get a similar error with zmgengraphs

Now my first thought was file permissions, but everything looked great; however, I ran zmfixperms as root just to be sure.
I then noticed today my slapd.crt and server.crt do not match by tomcat.crt. Should they? Could this be causing the problem? Thanks, you guys are always very helpful.
