Where is the other log location of rejected domain / ip?
This is posted in the Zimbra Desktop forum, is it a question about that product or Zimbra Collaboration Server? What do you mean by '...other log location'?
Sorry, this is a Zimbra Collaboration Server category. I have already checked /var/log/zimbra.log but I can't see blocked or rejected error from a specific domain of our client. They can receive emails from us but we are unable to receive email from them.
