Default Forcing SMTP TLS connection with other SMTP Servers

All,
I have a client that is asking us to set up a forced TLS connection with them. More specifically what they are requesting is that we disallow any SMTP that is not over a TLS connection. The client is using Exchange.
I've searched around but haven't found a Zimbra specific way to do this. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can go about this?

I'm not sure how to edit the thing in the corner that shows my version info, but it is out of date. I am on ZCS: 7.1.2_GA_3268 Network Edition

Outbound or Inbound, what are they trying to achieve with this? Zimbra uses Postfix for the MTA, have you looked at some of the internet articles on this subject?

They would like for all connections to be TLS -- so Inbound and Outbound.

I have read a bit on how to do it in Postfix, I was just hoping there was a way to do it that didn't involve manipulating the backend postfix files.
